The zinc/MS question seems convoluted at best (at least in my mind at this time). NHE, Indeed! Getting rid of metal seems to help in a number of neurodegenerative diseases. There appears to be a very narrow Goldilocks range for most. Too little is bad. Too much is bad. But just right is therapeutic.
