Re: Has anyone else tried clemastine fumarate @ new relapse?

okay interesting. how have you defined ferritin/ceruloplasmin carries as a problem specifically? are you working with serum results that are off in some way? how does what you're looking at interact, if at all, with Wilson's? Copper and iron go up with supplements. Ferritin and ceruloplasmin don’t....

Re: Has anyone else tried clemastine fumarate @ new relapse?

i'm far from concerned about mag being too high. i am extremely interested in the serum copper zinc ratio and will have to review older posts. glad you figured out the thiamine connection and hope the ferritin/ceruloplasmin thing gets sorted out too. i havent run into any such issue before. any par...

Re: Has anyone else tried clemastine fumarate @ new relapse?

buuut what if ferritin and/or ceruloplasmin are misbehaving because of something zinc and/or copper related? re mag even though you're supplementing, i figure it never hurts to have a look at your cofactors status if you're working on d3! I’ve been at the ferritin/ceruloplasmin thing since winter 2...

Re: Has anyone else tried clemastine fumarate @ new relapse?

yeah you pick and choose with klenner. i should have paid more attention to the minerals but it was too much info at the time. defs skipped the liver extract and did nothing whatsoever via injection. i remember mostly the protein element which meant a switch from vegan meals to eggs for brekkies, s...

Re: Has anyone else tried clemastine fumarate @ new relapse?

Yep, that looks like the multi label. I looked at the klenner protocol for the first time months after starting my thiamine kick. Doesn’t it include liver extracts/juice/enzymes whatever? There’s some liver substance in ultimate iron. Interesting coincidence but not interesting enough to make me go ...

Re: Going though a relapse

Hi Glenn, Sorry to hear you’re relapsing...horrible timing!! I *think* I may have stopped or majorly shortened a relapse with clemastine fumarate recently. I just took the normal dose for allergies and my symptoms receded to point of origin (top of foot) within hours. I kept taking it for a week and...

Re: Massage Chairs

Hi THX, I’ve got a relatively low end ($2-3k) monster of a massage chair. I don’t get to use it much because it’s in my office and I’m required elsewhere most of the time but I love it. It’s best at working your back and feet, not so therapeutic for your neck, bum, and legs. I’d say I feel the same ...

Re: Has anyone else tried clemastine fumarate @ new relapse?

Hi Jerry, Thanks for the feedback! My rituxan protocol wasn’t typical. It’s documented in Rituxan sub forum. Over a month I had 4 iv infusions along with 4 intrathecal injections. It knocked me on my butt hard for 4 months. I think my nutrient levels were suboptimal prior to rituxan and the increase...

Re: Has anyone else tried clemastine fumarate @ new relapse?

Thanks for the suggestions. I haven’t tried valtrex again. I really need to get my vit d up so it’s not an option for me now. As for amino acids, I won’t take arginine because it’s ebv food. BUT, I’ve more than doubled my meat intake (recovering vegan) in an completely reasonless attempt to increase...

Re: Has anyone else tried clemastine fumarate @ new relapse?

Heya! Watched your Pilates video the other day. You’re doing great! Fatigue has been a huge issue for me over the past year or so. For several months, I’ve been taking thiamine in moderately high doses and it’s helped with my energy a bit and fixes my burning feet and hands (wish I’d figured that on...

Has anyone else tried clemastine fumarate @ new relapse?

I’m pretty sure I started my first noticeable relapse since rituxan (2013) on Monday. It started as a new numb feeling on top of right foot and started traveling up my leg throughout the day and I could feel the ms hug starting. I never have one-sided issues and the non-relapse sensory issues come a...

Re: Do fumarates change into fumaric acid in vivo?

Just a follow up on status of my goofy idea re: possible fumaric acid deficiency. After a washout, I had an organic acid panel run. My FA levels are perfectly normal...not even at the low end of range. Still low on vitamin d too (random factoid). Another one bites the dust.

Re: Do fumarates change into fumaric acid in vivo?

The thing that excites me, being one strongly against using immunomodulation as a disease coverup rather than as a treatment for the cause of disease, is that just MAYBE it's the fumaric acid that's at least partially responsible for helping. Unscientific, accidental study of one...After two extreme...

Re: Do fumarates change into fumaric acid in vivo?

Thanks, NHE. Why you always gotta use those dumb stick figures on me? ;oP Does any of that mean fumarates change into or don't change into fumaric acid in our bodies? I don't think it's certain that DF works via nrf2. Dimethyl fumarate treatment induces adaptive and innate immune modulation independ...
