Or simply raising your bed to a five degree head up angle? Been saying this for 23 years now. I was the first person to suggest having MRI scans for pwms on an inclined platform, here on this very site, to determine how gravity affects blood flow , csf flow and lymph flow. We got rid of our foam mattress for the same reasons. It did not support our spine correctly, caused us to overheat, felt uncomfortable and we could feel pressure points. Since then, we have slept on a natural fibre filled mattress from Visprung and it's heavenly :) Thanks for this post Kind regards...
