20 years later? Wow. Wouldn't it be great if he could figure out why it took so long for the damage to accumulate so that he could apply it to the people who receive angioplasty and experience blockages within a month or two after getting the procedure? Do not worry since reading the article "J...

We've tossed around the term 'genius' and the possibility of a Nobel Prize . I am truly hoping you wrote that to get a reaction out of me! Dr. Zamboni's work was preliminary and ground-breaking. Foundational. The reason I am saying he was wrong is not because he hypothesized there is such a conditi...

Hey ever since I was little I could not get a baseball cap to fit on my head and I just chalked it up to dumb luck!! On top of that I have always been referred to as an airhead so maybe I should have taken people literally? Bigger heads. Sure Diana. Or Diana Sure(for those young enough to remember!)?

It would almost have to be. Despite the fringe element, autoimmunity is still generally accepted by preponderance. Not that that makes it right....but most likely.
I hope you don't think you are going to worm your way out of this one Lyon!!!

Even better news guys, going home tomorrow (Thursday). Interestingly, although I feel very weak and my MS inflicted leg is pretty much waisted after having spent a month in bed, the difficult to describe MS hug is gone. It was by no means an easy experience, but I firmly believe that in order to ac...

Cancer researchers you are all a bunch of bums and criminals because you have not found a cure for cancer. GI Specialists you all are worthless because you have not yet found a cure for GERD. Audilogists you stink because there are still people who are deaf and you love it or else you would be curin...

You're referring to Thomas River's development of the EAE model for MS, obviously. Thanks, scorpion. It's amazing to consider how this model, (like ADEM in humans, due to the lack of relapsing and remitting) which requires an injection of oils, pathogens and antigens into mice brains- ever became a...
