Sodium ascorbate is a form of vitamin C. B complex is a fairly common supplement, taken by many. Omega-3 is also taken by many ms'ers. I know all of these are very helpful for MS and health in general, but I've never heard of taking these 3 being a cure for MS, but who knows. The only vitamins I've ...

interesting. It looks like the trial was completed in 2017, but no results were posted- not encouraging. David, realize that there are gluten free options for pasta, bread, and pizza. They are all quite good, especially the pasta. Ronzoni makes a gluten free pasta that could pass for the real thing. There are dairy free substitutes for milk and cheese, although the cheese is marginal.
