@dvemets2 I had a clot inside a stent that was close to three months old. The IR came at it from the top and looped the guide wire thru, took a long time. My total was just shy of $24K, that does not incude hotel, meals and flights. I was fortunate in that insurace picked up the bulk, so it was mainly travel, food and lodging for me.

You can take my advice for what it's worth (not much). I had a few people think I was crazy to have my plumbing checked, including my neurologist.
