Fatigue

Hi all. Haven't been here for a while. Quick question:I am experiencing fatigue to a degree I never have before. I am wondering what anyone else who deals with it does to alleviate it? I have tried everything I know and am still having difficulty. Neurologist, of course, is no help. Provigil, B12, v...

Re: Tremors

I take propranolol (small dose) for essential tremor that is believed to be related to my ms. Have taken it for years. It eliminates the tremor. Caffeine also increases the tremor so check the amount of caffeine you are consuming.

Ken I am SO glad to see you back here! I have often wondered about Kim. I am glad to hear her good news. I wish you both the best with her appointment with Dr Sriram. I just saw him last week. Love that man!

Re: Copaxone at 40 ml

Ok it has been a year since I asked the question "how are people doing who switched to 40 ml dosing 3 times per week?" I am wondering now how those who did so within this past year are currently doing? Glad you switched? Or did you switch back to 20 ml? Side effects? Issues?

Re: Foundation forced to close over funding

This makes me really sad. It is so so difficult for these organizations to keep running due to lack of funding. And they are our best hope. The Accelerated Cure Project works tirelessly for a cure. But it is always battling for money. They should be spending all of their time on multiple sclerosis i...

Re: Allergic to copaxone after over a year of injections?

I had hives for a period of time after I had been on Copaxone for a couple years. Never was determined if it was Copaxone or not. But I believe I ruled everything else out. My PCP gave me a prescription for an Epi Pen just in case I found my throat start to swell. It never did. Soon after the hives ...

Copaxone and high blood pressure

Has anyone found that Copaxone has increased their blood pressure over time? I don't mean just after the injection but rather over months or years. I have been on Copaxone for 12 years. I have seen a steady increase in my blood pressure over that time. I have tried to figure out its cause. I am on v...

Re: Muscle spasms in back

Yes
I see a chiropractor regularly. When spasms are bad I use a TENS unit, which helps stop spasm.
Epsom salt baths help also
Massage as well.

Jimmylegs will probably be along shortly and may mention magnesium.
