Just thought I would add. Michael Cawley said it has to be 200mcg to work. That was the amount used by his patients. In the Menoquin Gold ad. above, it says recommended use is two capsules per day with meals. Apparently they didn't work with 100mcg daily.

Today back to 40K. Again getting slight palpitations when I first go to bed. 30K Life Extension drops and 10K Biotech capsules. I think I will book a blood test again soon to check on my calcium levels. Just in case.
