Everything enjoyable is bad for you!! It is such a terrible shame. Oh well. I keep my fingers crossed and I offset alcohol consumption with an otherwise healthy diet.

A small amount of alcohol is a vasodillator. Excessive amounts and it's a vasoconstrictor..

There are a few supplements that you can take which may reduce the risk perhaps. I bought every one before the procedure, hedging my bets.
