Yeeeeey I have Influenza A/H1N1 aka swine flu. Not much fever, bad cough, sore throat, Rebif kinda hits me more, something is going on with my body but nothing to worry about. Only cough syrup, paracetamol, vinegar.

Small update
I have been working full time for 1months. It was something that I had doubts about. Tests soon. No regimen change for months.

I have 4 and 6 years old sons. Not any ms history in the family. They have started daily D3 of 600 and 1200 IU after my diagnosis. Healthy habits, no smoking, manageable stress for them.

D3 misuse is very very common. Whenever I know a friend using D3, I ask dosage and other supplements. Even with monthly megadoses of 50k, none of my friends use magnesium. They all say stiff muscles, fatigue, and cramps...

Small update: Close to becoming a Q-Grader (arabica coffee grader/expert/gourmet, 5000 in the world, not sure about any with MS) For 1 week, I was able to wake up and sleep just like a normal person. You can't label anything a discovery with your observations. You need proof. It is not scientific.
Massage can be beneficial. It may have the potential. I am just against labeling your experience as a treatment discovery. It can work for you but we don't know if it will destroy someone else.
