Yeeeeey I have Influenza A/H1N1 aka swine flu. Not much fever, bad cough, sore throat, Rebif kinda hits me more, something is going on with my body but nothing to worry about. Only cough syrup, paracetamol, vinegar.

Re: Undiagnosed

I have 4 and 6 years old sons. Not any ms history in the family. They have started daily D3 of 600 and 1200 IU after my diagnosis. Healthy habits, no smoking, manageable stress for them.

Re: Undiagnosed

Yeeeey another coffee lover, welcome ;) How much coffee do you drink daily? Coffee lowers magnesium in your body. A perfect explanation for your cramps. I suggest you daily taking 2x200 mg magnesium citrate which is perfectly safe. One in the morning and one before sleeping. I am sure that you will ...

Re: all things vitamin D

D3 misuse is very very common. Whenever I know a friend using D3, I ask dosage and other supplements. Even with monthly megadoses of 50k, none of my friends use magnesium. They all say stiff muscles, fatigue, and cramps...

Small update: Close to becoming a Q-Grader (arabica coffee grader/expert/gourmet, 5000 in the world, not sure about any with MS) For 1 week, I was able to wake up and sleep just like a normal person. So I guess it is all psychologic. Almost the same regimen. Really intense training, lots of effort. ...

Re: Accidental MS Treatment Discovery

You can't label anything a discovery with your observations. You need proof. It is not scientific.

Massage can be beneficial. It may have the potential. I am just against labeling your experience as a treatment discovery. It can work for you but we don't know if it will destroy someone else.
