Has anyone who's had this MS thing for awhile had any improvements while on the high doses of Biotin? Have been taking Biotin for a year and haven't seen one thing improve. Thought at least the nails on my right hand would. Need to order more Biotin if I'm going to stay on it.

My chiropractor told me yesterday that Biotin was water soluble. Just wanted another opinion from someone here as I had read elsewhere that it was.

I too have ordered from one of the above places.

One question tho, on the website it says to heat your water as "it's not water soluble" when using the pure biotin. Is anyone else doing this when not making up capsules? I was just going to mix the biotin in water and take it.
