Incidentally, her expressive aphasia ( which was 3 months in duration, basically getting less and less frequent over 3 months) could be brought on by : stress, caffiene or smoking ! It correlated with a vasoconstriction sort of trigger. If indeed it was inflammatory in nature that would make sense, ...

This might explain my daughter's course right after her venoplasty. Symptoms pre-angioplasty: fatigue, headache, intermittent difficulties processing thoughts, impaired short term memory, slight blurry vision, recent ( a month prior- lasted 24 hrs) Right sided facial weakness with numbness and loss ...

I believe Devin was treated in May 2010. He had only been diagnosed with MS less than a year at the time of his CCSVI diagnosis and subsequent venoplasty. He is in his early 20's, works full time and is a runner. He is the son of Dr David Hubbard, a neurologist, who had previously been in more of a ...

I might add that if this instrument were used twice, before and after ballooning, it would certainly demonstrate the effect of the venoplasty on oxygenation. I suggested something similiar to Dr. Sclafani last year, he did not jump on the idea with great enthusiasm. :) www.thisisms.com/ftopicp-1109...

It resolved over a 24 hr period. A month later she was diagnosed and treated for CCSVI. interestingly the facial paralysis wa...

In all eucaryotic cells, the mitochondria organelles are responsible for generating energy in the form of ATP for the running of cell function. Part of the generation of ATP is to create an ion gradient across the wall of the mitochondrial organelle. This ion gradient is used to produce ATP from AD...
