If my memory serves me, I recall that BNAC included blood relatives of the MS patients in the healthy controls.
They also used Doppler not venogram.

Many other centers have statistics more in the 90% range.

Zamboni excluded relatives.

I definitely question their statistics.

I might add that if this instrument were used twice, before and after ballooning, it would certainly demonstrate the effect of the venoplasty on oxygenation. Of course the proteins would be different. The body is being signaled that there is not enough oxygen and glucose so it tries to satisfy need with alternate methods.

In the USA we have many Home Oxygen companies,such as Apria Healthcare, Lincare, etc who might fund a study. They have the equipment and the resources.

But we would have to find volunteers that are pre venoplasty. Do you think we could get them?
