Lots of non-mainstream things to consider: Biotin (particularly for ppms), Dr Coimbra's vitamin D protocol, and CCSVI. There are several facebook pages for each of these.

I wouldn't loose too much sleep worrying about pesticides in organic veggies and fruits. I believe the ones used on organics are fairly harmless ones like BT (a caterpillar killing bacteria). the HSCT seems to be effective in many but not all cases. It's a pretty major treatment involving chemo. You might want to first look at other promising but not yet mainstream treatments like Dr Coimbra's vitamin D protocol, Med-Day's biotin regimen, and Dr Zamboni's CCSVI treatment.

I'm not convinced. Vitamin D3 gel caps are very inexpensive, easy to take and have been proven to raise vitamin D levels in the blood.
