T0+2: Very slight arm muscle pain, similar to Rebif injection. Nothing else. Not even monitoring anything.

T0+6: Arm muscle pain increases. Some tiredness.

T0+10: Everything same

T0+24: Arm muscle pain is almost gone. Normal daily life...

One week ago I was offered Sinovac (China vaccine) and I rejected it since risk/reward was not worth it. Tomorrow I'm going to have Pfizer/Biontech vaccine. I have a slight fear of side effects but Covid-19 is a much greater risk. I will share my experience daily ;)

Please be careful with panic attacks and try more relaxation/meditation. Anxiety is our enemy. I had to increase my citoplaram dose.

Covid-19 has kinda messed me up. I almost managed to discontinue citoplaram until 2 days ago. I had 1 major and 1 mild panic attack in the night. There is not enough research on the issue. I will not stop Rebif as I believe my immune system is not compromised.

In Turkey, we are kinda lucky for now. I have postponed my annual checks since I don't want to visit the hospital.
