Sore hips........

Just wondering if anyone else gets this - for about the last 6 months - about 1 or 2 weeks before menstruating I get really sore hips. My symptoms also seem to get a little worse around this time. Well, Well - when I was suffering intense abdominal pain and vomiting 2 yrs ago I asked the liver specialist who I had to see after they found a small amount of calcification in my liver and also found that I was severly low in iron if I had porphyria (I wasn't discounting the ms) and he said no. I ...

Right or wrong I made an 'intuitive' decision regarding the meds. I looked at the statistics and felt that a 30% possibility of slowing disease progression + having to inject myself with a substance that would probably interfere with my quality of life (in the form of welts and flu like symptoms etc...

I had my GP speak to the neuro about ccsvi and of course he's not interested in chasing it up. He said that this is an old theory retried - and, that last time nothing came of it.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he'll eventually be convinced - and hope that more research on ccsvi follows soon.

CCSVI in Australia ??????????

Hi everyone,
I'm sitting here in Australia - thinking - well, what's going on ?
I noticed from one of the other threads that one Aussie has been extremely brave and ventured to Poland to have this done.
Has anyone here in Oz talked to their neuro about this ?

Fingers crossed.

I have been doing this for 4yrs. Rice or soy flour breads are a good substitute, as are rice and soy flour noodles. San Remo does a good gluten free pasta. They do 1 soy and 1 gluten free buckwheat.
