Thanks for the explanation guys. I looked in the Vitamin D thread and did not see any recent studies from Squiffy posted in it but of course maybe I overlooked it. In Dr. Sclafani's global expo talk today, he mentioned that while placebo is possible, he has seen more significant changes in patients than would be expected if it were placebo. I am not sure what to make of the trial being stopped. Although the stated the decision was based purely on financial reasons something tells me the intial results were less than stellar.
