Hi L,
I do practice IBT (my bed is raised since a few weeks) but I still feel bad after a long rest. So I guess I’d better avoid long naps :(

Yup, similar story happened to me. I had a car accident in 2007 and I was diagnosed with pms in 2009. Although I was not hurt physically in the accident, I was really shocked 8O
