For anyone starting tecfidera please take my advice:
something like omeprazole really helps with GI problems and a 75mg aspirin with each 240mg dose of tecfid takes away all the flushing. good luck - its not an easy drug but i am beginning to feel after 4 months it could be worth it.

My neuro is adamant that I should try to get upto full dose ie 2 x 240mg daily and also told me to take 75mg aspirin with each dose to mitigate side effects. Fingers crossed !

Sorry you have vertigo but I have always found that the best medication to get rid of it is Serc. If you can get a script for Serc 16, take 2 and go to bed as they will make you sleepy. When you wake up you will feel 100% better. Hope this helps.
