Re: Coimbra’s Protocol Summary
Hi Antonio... I wish I could answer your question accurately. I am really having a tough go lately. Every day seems a touch worse. I have a feeling it is just the MS process but I wonder if the Hi D is partially responsible. Still waiting for my test results. Would really low PTH cause exacerbation?...

Re: Coimbra’s Protocol Summary
Hi Milliecats, I have been on the Coimbra protocol since Feb. '16. I read your post and it seems I am having similar symptoms as you. I have PPMS and have been having brutal fatigue, numbness, pins and needles....PAIN! It really sucks. I am doing a good job of following the protocol and tomorrow I a...

I have been making coconut kefir for a while...It's good. I put some organic molasses in mine for taste and minerals.
Now I gotta look for a SCOBY disc....Whatever that is

Re: low PTH level
That is odd 1980.... First, I think it is a must for you to involve a qualified physician in your decisions. Have you been taking any D before you were tested for PTH? Do you get a lot of sun exposure? All you can do is start low and titrate up in dose, being tested every 2 months for PTH levels. Th...

Re: Coimbra + LDN?
Hi Lionel. Glad to hear you are getting some positive results. Could you go into detail on how long you have been on Coimbra and LDN plus dosage and any other pertinent information? Did you taper up dose? any insomnia?
Thanks...HUD

Re: I am tired of all the breakthroughs
Thanks for the post 1eye. Very interesting. I hope they can predict very susceptible patients soon. I shudder to think that I might have passed on this vile disease to my children. Mabye this could help "pre treat" likely individuals in some way. In addition, as stated in interview, this c...

Re: Coimbra + LDN?
Hi, great info. I am curious as to what dose LDN? Also did you titrate up when you started? I have read 3-4.5mg is the therapeutic dose range. Any insomnia when starting LDN?
I am following Coimbra protocol and seriously thinking of adding LDN for effect.
Thanks in advance....HUD

Re: baclofen
I tried taking baclofen around the clock without much benefit. Just constipation. My problem with stiffness is later in the day, so I do a long stretching/massage regimin before bed. I also take 10 mg baclofen at bedtime. I think it helps me sleep a little. I think everyone is so different in how th...

Re: My Brother's Condition (update)
Thanks Antonio and welcome TB. It is great to hear that you are working directly with the Brazilian experts. I am very interested in your progress and how they advise you concerning the Coimbra protocol. Any information you can share would be of interest. Especially, what type of MS or disease you a...

Re: Coimbra’s Protocol Summary
Thanks Antonio... The research I have done says increase by approximately 20,000 iu in most cases. I was wondering how some patients get to that dosage in the 100,000iu to 200,000iu level. Must be based on resistance as indicated on serum vit. D levels? Any other factors?

Re: Coimbra’s Protocol Summary
Looking for information on increasing or decreasing Vitamin D dose to proper levels after appropriate blood tests. Say pt. was 85 Kg and started with 85,000 iu of D. for two months and then after analysis of pth and other tests, more D is needed to further decrease pth level to ideal levels at lowes...

Re: Has anyone with SPMS or PPMS given it a try?
Hi pjm........I am following the Coimbra protocol for 2 months now. I live in a small town and basically enlisted my family physician to follow me through the tests that are necessary. I had to become my own expert and educate my Doc. on the Hi D protocol. There are many videos, testimonials and exc...

I am approaching 2 months myself and have experienced improved bladder function and no side effects. Working with my physician to achieve...
