Hello pals,George from Greece,16 yo.Last September I experienced fasciculations in my body that drove me crazy.Dr Google said ALS and ms.The thing is that during the summer I was consuming a can of monster everyday.I mean everyday.I was super concerned that I had sth and I was crying basically everyday in fear of loosing my parents.Fasciculations still occur today and worsen with caffeine.Is it ms?I am so scared...

There are about 400 illnesses that mimic the symptoms of MS.
Have you seen a doctor?
Exercise (lots of it) is a great way to deal with stress/depression.
And perhaps you should avoid caffeine.

take control of your own health
pursue optimal self care at least as actively as a diagnosis
ask for referrals to preventive health care specialists eg dietitians
don't let suboptimal self care muddy any underlying diagnostic picture!
