Chronic High White Blood Cell Count?
I have an ongoing problem where my WBC is high. My Neurologist says this has nothing to do with my MS. However, I don't really believe it. I don't believe it b/c I have read where a high WBC can be caused by inflammation. So why wouldn't MS be a part of it?
sure its ms related. MSers are prone to infection. yeast and bacterial. we get foot fungus and thresh and UTIs and so on. if anything wierd is occuring in your body that correlates with the ms symptoms rather they occur at the same time, it ms related. MS is systemic. it is not simply just scars on the brain.

At his first flare, my husband had high SED rate, high Crp and high liver enzymes. His neuro also said there was no relation to his MS and that he should stop drinking (he didn't drink), but I started reading up on the vascular history of MS. Here's the endothelial (lining of the blood vessels) health program I put together for my husband, to help resolve the weird blood numbers:

His blood numbers are perfect now.
Here's some research on how high WBC, inflammation and high c reactive protein are found in syndrome X, or metabolic syndrome. A sure sign of endothelial dysfunction.

hope you find some answers---this might be one path that is applicable in your case. Another to explore would be chronic infections....keep searching.
all best,
cheer
