Before taking any medicine we should assess the pros and cons. Ayurvedic medicine... as long as it comes from standard manufacturers they are safe for consumption. They have been consumed and are on the shelf for thousands of years. unlike the allopathic meds which are taken off the shelf as soon as another money making drug has been produced or the side effects are not easily hidden under the rug.

Our body has the ability to correct itself. we need to provide right environment, mental status and "simple" medicines to cure itself. No modifying manipulating meds are needed.

In most cases believing that we will get back to perfect health is the first medicine. Then taking care of food we eat... easy to digest. Adding ginger garlic etc in food/tea. Regular timely bowel movements. Using enema kit. (A tumbler with tube and nozzle is enough. No need to buy expensive ones. 2 dollars worth is good)

After witnessing the miracle of acupuncture I think it is quick and inexpensive way to get ones life back. There are some material available regarding the treatments for information. But not all acupuncturists will know the correct treatments or successful ways to treat. So thorough research by patient is needed before choosing treatment and provider.
