Is there a connection between MS and indigestion?

I've only ever had indigestion when I was pregnant. Recently it has become a more prominent issue and I am definitely not pregnant :)
It is usually just the burning feeling, and this is regardless of whether I have just eaten or eaten hours ago (I journal). Last night it was so bad I was certain I was going to be sick. I had an episode a few months ago, where it was SO bad that I was (TMI) at the toilet thinking I'd be sick. Could hardly breath and was even spitting my saliva out because it was too painful to swallow.

There is so much conflicting information on the internet. I just wanted some thoughts from my friends here with experience.

Also, one more weird thing happened the other day. I came home from relaxing at the pool with my youngest. I barely made it up the stairs to the apartment. I was terribly out of breath. I made it inside and LITERALLY collapsed on my bed for more than 20 minutes. I had this weird SQUEEZING pain on my side. It was between my ribs and hip and mostly on my back near my spine...spreading to my side. I felt like I couldn't breath. I wasn't really associating it with the possible MS diagnosis...mainly because it is on the opposite side of my numbness and twitching issues. But now I am thinking anything could be. Thoughts on this?

I would get your heart/circulation checked.....I know that breathlessness and pain that feels like indigestion could be a sign of possible issues.

How old are you? (if you don't mind me asking)

if you had gotten overheated the squeezing may be what some refer to as the ms hug. i myself only notice that when overheated. one of montel william's interviews he addressed that.

on upright doc's thread he recently told of a lady that was treated at the upright mri nucca dr.'s that are doing the study this lady would get throw up sick when lying down. sounded like after nucca treatment it was resolved.

but to be safe maybe get it checked out.
