MS Android App

Post by Eddo »

Hello! I just thought I'd say that I've been here for about half an hour now and you all seem like a really nice bunch of people.
I'm currently a final year university student with a father who has MS so I'm creating an android application with the aim of helping people with day to day life.
If you wouldn't mind could you do a survey for me? http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/GKQCH8Y
I'm finding it really difficult to find people willing to talk about their condition so please forgive me for this post, but I just wanted to ask if you have any comments on using mobile phones. Do you use applications to help you? Do you use features like voice memo/calendar etc? It's obvious that there aren't many applications aimed directly at people with MS, so maybe I can change that!

Forgive me again if this isn't the done thing.

Will the app be free?

By the way, question #4 needs an additional option. If one doesn't have a smart phone or tablet, then this question doesn't apply.

Thank you so much for taking part, this will really help with my thesis. Added a new option for q4, sorry about that.
As for the app, I plan on making it completely free without any annoying adverts either.

If you have any other suggestions or things that are must in the app feel free to post them here. I'll be sure to keep you all updated on the progress.
Thanks again
