When you drink one cup of coffee in the morning, what happens?

Will a cup of coffee make you want to go to the loo after you've drank the coffee, or will it make you go to the loo several times during the day after the one coffee?

Do you notice a difference with coffee? I'm not having this now, but when my bladder wants to act up, it goes every hour, with or without coffee.
