Go for the cinnamon but not the benzoic acid. Benzoic acid and vitamin C forms benzene. Benzene can cause methenoglobinemia.
You can also try ginger, I took it last night and my eyes wouldn't shut. I woke up as refreshed as after a good night's sleep.
