Site registration problems

Post by NHE »

We are currently experiencing problems with our email system sending out activation emails. If you have tried to register, but didn't receive the account activation email, then please contact us at timshelp@yahoo.com or click on the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.

In addition, if you no longer receive notification emails from thisisms.com, then please check your spam filters. In addition to any filter that may be part of your local email software, also check any that your ISP may be using on their server. To do this, log into your email account from your ISP's web page. Check to see if there's a folder for spam filtered messages. If you find one from thisisms.com, select it or open it up and click whatever option may be present to indicate that the email is ok and is not spam. This action should add thisisms.com to a whitelist of accepted email senders. Once done, you should now consistently receive notification emails, e.g., PM alerts or account activation alerts after changing your password, etc.

In addition, ThisIsMS support emails may originate from the @gmx.com email domain. Please make certain that the @gmx.com email domain is not blocked by any of your spam filters.

If you use a temporary email service and your activation notice email bounces back as undeliverable, then the associated account may be deleted. Please use a reliable email service. There are many.
