workout question

for those who workout at the gym frequently how do you deal wth the light headed feeling. im sitting here waiting for the vertigo feeling to fade. been drinking lots of water and trying to relax by laying back an listen to music but it seems consistant today.

When this becomes a problem for me, I add calf-liver to my diet for a week or two. I tend to be border-line anemic, eating liver and onion for a period helps to clear this up. I also take b-vitamins daily, to help with this. I work out every other day and have for about 30 years. I am in my early 60's now. I am now secondary progressive.

I use an ice vest (cool vest) to help control my body temperature. It's not stylish, but it works.
