Thanks, Snoopy. That is helpful to know. My exam is pretty normal. I have some odd differences from left to right side, like when they ask me to tap my thumb and index finger together as fast as I can on both sides, one side is significantly slower. Otherwise the only mobility issues I ever feel have to do with fatigue, like my legs feeling like jelly in the heat. And one episode of tremor which also happened when I was overheated. That makes sense that he wouldn't order a spinal MRI on that basis. I feel better!
