bladder issues. relapse or not?

I was diagnosed with RRMS. follow Swank diet, no DMD. for 2 years I was relapse-free, but all my older disabilities do exist and dont leave me.
One of them is hyper-active bladder. But 3 days ago I started to suffer urine incontinence, if I have got a signal fron my bladder, I have to urinate in 1-2 minutes, otherwise I cant hold urine at all.
All other contitions keep stable.

Is it a relapse? Do I need to take hormones as soon as possible ?
