Healthy Living May Ease Some MS Symptoms

"New research suggests that a healthy diet -- one that's chock-full of fruits, vegetables and whole grains....."
While I agree 100% that a healthy diet is extremely important, consider the following:
Most modern fruit and vegetables have minimal nutrition for numerous reasons and are loaded with pesticides. In addition, many have naturally occurring, often harmful, lectins.
Whole grains? Also loaded up with pesticides. And gluten.
Oh well...
Expert opinion/interpretation of what TRULY is a healthy diet differs depending on who you ask... and ultimately no one really knows for sure what is truly 'healthy'.
