Dignan,

I wasn't expecting a thank you for getting you and that complete babe, Jimmylegs together. But keep us in touch with how it goes - this site needs cheering up with a bit of romance. She's in Australia at the moment but the internet will ensure that this spark will turn into a flame. I think both of you have English ancestry and I'd be happy to put you up when you honeymoon here. Best of luck to both of you.

Whoa Whoa Whoa Ian. I don't check the board for a day and I'm being accused of trying to squash romance. Never!!! I am a true romantic. Besides, I have no desire to move to Canada. It's cold enough in Chicago  I wish them nothing but happiness now that you've put your Cupid plan in motion. One question though, was I jealous of Dignan or Jimmylegs? Do you know something I don't???

Bromley,

Thank you so very much for your well-intentioned efforts to make the lives of others better. However, I feel that now is the time to share with you all a secret we have been keeping for far too long -- jimmylegs is my sister. We even share the same last name, "legs", though I don't use it here at ThisIsMS. (you can call me dignanlegs if you like). I'm sorry that I've been living a lie for so long. It's such a relief to get it out in the open and clear the air.

well dignan now that you've let the cat out of the bag, we may as well let them all know about our father, darthlegs.

This is just like Return of the Jedi when we found out that Luke and Leia were brother and sister. Talk about a let down. I never did like that Han Solo

I never knew you were so bashful Dignan - I don't buy into the she's my sister excuse.

I'm not one to meddle in the personal affairs of those on this site. I'll let this situation follow its course (a bit like MS). Think of me like Copaxone - I can modify the course of the Dignan / Jimmylegs relationship. Dignan, look at the picture of Jimmylegs in the picture she posted - a Greek goddess. Jimmy - I've never seen Dignan, but I know he is tall.

So I'll let the two of you PM each other (or whatever young people do these days).

We'll put this story to bed and get on with posting stuff about depression and MS, bed sores and whatever.

I'd like to raise a toast for G and D.

Ian

PS perhaps the two of you could go out for an Indian meal? Take your uncle Harry along - you Canadians all seem to be inter-related (particularly in the maritimes).

Experts say new drugs may be found, but eating more spices is unlikely to work.

COB,

Aussies are also doing loads of interesting stuff in terms of MS research. I do still wonder about duplication of these projects - one of the Australian projects is looking at EBV, as is one of the US funded projects, and one of my own neuros in the UK. I hope that they are sharing findings and not working in isolation.

On the dating front - do you want me to help?

Ian
