Would you be willing to have a computer chip implanted in your brain if it could restore some or all of your lost physical abilities?

I am someone who is normally leery of such things for fear someone with evil intentions might be able to take control of my body. But I would do this in a heartbeat.

I won't be first in line to get one but I would do it if it works well for others.
