Recognise this Language?

If it's on your mind and it has to do with multiple sclerosis in any way, post it here.

Recognise this Language?

Post by Gonzo »

Hi,

Does anybody recognise the language?
Bu yukumlulukle birlikte bu mesaji ve eklerini kullanamaz, kopyalayamaz baska kisilere gonderemez ve aciklayamazsiniz.
If so, where might I get it translated?

It is a snippet from an email I received, I think from someone asking about MS.

thanks

I think this is Turkish, I am not sure where to translate this, however I am sure there are dictionaries online, If I find any more info I will post it for you..

Hi Gonzo,

This is most likely completely irrelevant, but just a word of warning: Our site was hacked by a Turkish group earlier this year (does everyone remember the "BUSH DON'T COME TO TURKEY" message? UGH. DOUBLE UGH! What sicko hacks an MS site?).

If they are communicating with you out of the blue AND you have a website, I would just advise you proceed with caution. Again this is probably completely benign, but who knows, maybe there is hacker group with a fetish for MS sites...

Fool me once...

Thanks for the warning Arron.

Perhaps if I can get the email translated perhaps I may have a better idea of the who the person is .....

cheers Arron.

I looked at Systran, it didn't seem to support Turkish.....

not that your partial translation sheds much light, but it was real good of you to try.

Hey, Gonzo!

When Arron mentioned the problem he had here before with the hackers, that rang a bell.

Here's what is odd. If you put that whole phrase in a search engine, it comes up as a whole. Although everything is written in Turkish on the sites that came up, from what I can tell, it's some sort of computer error message. I almost got the feeling it might even have to do with a virus?

Here's a copy of a message thread where somebody is trying to figure out some problems with his computer or something, and he talks about getting "errors". I'll highlight below:

Philip: Any clue?

In what you posted Deb, I do believe it is just a Q&A exchange concerning some computer stuff (yes, stuff is a technical term) ,with the errors included and the HTML is also shown.
