i would say magnesium but might have doubts if it didn't work for you to relieve constipation after megadosing!!! the pharmacist that turned me on to magnesium (after i reported high dose d3 supplementing, and it helped a LOT) also mentioned its needing potassium and that they work together.
sodium and potassium need to be balanced. do you have a high sodium low potassium diet to go with your particular brand of spasticity lew?
(and man, i know what spasticity feels like i use it for a mag-k monitor pretty much!)

Bob,

I'm pretty sure it's not the old injuries, but I'm not totally sure. It's the other leg. All my surgeries have been on my right knee and they were very successful. Most of this pain is on my left side, but it's present on the right, just not as much. My neuro. thinks all of that comes from my spinal lesions since it is somewhat bilateral, but who knows. My hip is starting to hurt now also, but I think that could be due to favoring my knee so much. I sure hope so.

Jimmy,

I don't know my levels, but I still take the mag at a 'regular' dose. I also eat a banana every day and eat lots of nuts and berries, so I think my K is OK, but I guess I could get it checked out.
