LDN - Diagnosed Less Than a Year Ago

Post by Kacychristine »

I am a 33 year old female. Was diagnosed with MS in Feb, and from that point on changed my whole life. I now only eat a Paleo diet (Meat, Veggies - no corn or potatoes, Fruit, and Tree nuts). I take a lot of supplements (list below), and I chose LDN as my drug of choice.

My symptoms:
Pins and Needles in my left arm - Constant
Baby hugs - for a very short period of time, went away when I changed my diet
Neck Pain - only when i am ovulating (not on the pill)

Supplements:
Morning -
Folic Acid
Glycogenic - B complex
Phosphidytl Choline - Brain drug
Fish oil
Benfotiamine

Night -
Phosphidytl Choline - Brain drug
Fish oil
Benfotiamine
D3
Magnesiums
LDN

In january, I will go in for my 1 year MRI to see if the lesions have progressed. So far, I am feeling great. The only time i get "MSey" is around my ovulation. My PMS symptoms seem to be heightened (neck pain, nausea, back pain) and that is the only issue. Although it does freak me out because I think of the lesions in my neck and start to panic that it's a relapse.

I believe that based on my history I have RRMS. But I guess I will see when I get my new MRI.

Wis me luck.
