Desperately seeking Vermont Senate resolution about LDN

Hi everybody and beloved LDNers

Before march 2005, the Vermont Senate passed a resolution to urge the FDA to achieve

adequate and well-controlled clinical trials of the naltrexone based drug called LDN.

I lost the URL where was able to read it. My search on Google failed.

Did anybody keep this reference ?
