Biogen Idec has completed its purchase of Elan Corporation’s interest in Tysabri (natalizumab) and has gained full strategic, commercial and decision-making rights of Tysabri. Makes you wonder if Elan knows something about Tysabri that we don't and got out after making as much money as they could.
