touch program

Post by jerrygallow »

anybody else think that the biggest problem with Tysabri, besides the fear of PML, is the annoying phone calls from the drug reps. If you don't return the call, they start blowing up your phone and emailing you. If you do return the call, they have nothing to say except repeat stock phrases from the brochures, the feign concern, and then have a scary serious tone that makes you wonder what the previous calls to other patients were like. One flat out asked me why I was still on the drug? Um, I said, I dunno, I guess it's working and that's what my doctor thinks is best? Then skip an infusion. Man oh man. When they start losing money, they are worse than car salesmen. I've now been Tysabri free for one year. That's 55k not in their pockets. Yet I got a call and three emails today. They found out I changed doctors and are now playing KGB, even though I am not a patient and changed doctors a year ago, and told them so several times.
