vedolizumab (alternative to natalizumab)

Post by centenarian100 »

Vedolizumab (Entyvio) is an anti-integrin α4β7 approved for inflammatory bowel disease. Could this be used in someone with a natalizumab allergy or in a resource-poor area? Perhaps this could be a reasonable treatment for someone with both multiple sclerosis and inflammatory bowel disease?

Just curious about anyone's thoughts.
