The target was only to evaluate the safety of the doses.
I don't have any indication about the fact I was in the placebo arm during the first phase or not.
However, I took the extension of this first phase including placebo, with 100% warranty in this second phase I received the product.
I took only 2 mg/kg which is probably not enough.
As far as I know, roughly 80% of the patients noticed stabilization, even improvements for some cases. All were in progressive stage.
The doses will be higher in the future, roughly 20 mg/kg I think.
Have a good day,
Fred

Hello
The 2b phase should start this summer.
Some necessary tests have been launched with higher doses (15 and 30 mg/kg).
As far as I know, no problem at this moment.
Have a good day,
Fred

Geneuro gave preliminary results at 6 months for their 2B study.
At 6 months, there is no difference between their product versus placebo.
BUT
1 there is one year study
2 the study continues, the partner SERVIER still supports them.
3 Geneuro immediately indicates that the action process could be longer. in other terms, it coulde be possible that 6 months could be a too short period to see anything as positive results.
4 Geneuro is going to present at ECTRIMS in paris ( https://www.ectrims-congress.eu/2017.html ) on the 28th of october these 6 months results. It seems they have got data indicating that the action mode is lower ( http://www.geneuro.com/data/news/geneur ... ims-en.pdf ).
Stay tuned.
If there is a confirmation of positive results in Januarry/February 2018, a 2B study will start for progressive forms in US.
