Does anybody had BOTOX injections against adductor spasms in the legs?

Hi,

I had a total of 9 botox injections in my left leg to deal with quite a number of spasticity issues. The adductors are on the inside of the upper portion of the leg. They can get tight but it's understanding your gait that matters. What is actually happening ?
