Re: Ampyra...
I just finished one month on Ampyra. No improvement at all.
hang in...
it may just take some time...for me it did...I just get minimal relief but it is some relief...although i have noticed a lil more nerve pain associated for ME with amprya. faster walking but still toruble walking if that makes any sense?
GOD BLESS.... CCSVI treatment Dr. Siskin great doc....symptom's improved for about 3 week's (gait, balance, spasticity) now back to square 1...
Stopped Ampyra
I was taking Ampyra for about 5 months with very little noticeable difference. My neuro said there was no difference in walking speed. Therefore, I stopped talking it last Friday in the midst of a head cold. Now I can hardly take a step without holding on to something! I am also dealing with dizziness and nausea. Colds usually bring on relapses but I don't know if this is related to stopping the Ampyra. Any one has adverse reactions when stopping this drug? thanks
