still getting stronger

I went a saw my neurologist on Wednesday. Last time I was there my right arm was considerably weaker than my left. I decided that I was going to work at increasing it's strength. Well I managed to do that but I forgot about keeping the strength in my right leg as well. So strengthening the quads on my right side will be a summer's goal as well as maintaining the strength in my right arm. Good thing I don't mind sweating...lmao
