Close to becoming a Q-Grader (arabica coffee grader/expert/gourmet, 5000 in the world, not sure about any with MS)
For 1 week, I was able to wake up and sleep just like a normal person. So I guess it is all psychologic. Almost the same regimen.
Really intense training, lots of effort. My hot tolerance is good, sweating like normal. Walking plenty.
I am ready for my second attack and beyond ;)

pursue optimal self care at least as actively as a diagnosis
ask for referrals to preventive health care specialists eg dietitians
don't let suboptimal self care muddy any underlying diagnostic picture!

I have been working full time for 1months. It was something that I had doubts about. Tests soon. No regimen change for months.
