A moderator posted on here, about dietary supplements which he/she said should include the following:
vitamin b complex (all of them, particularly b12)
vitamin e
vitamin d3
magnesium
selenium
zinc
essential polyunsaturated fatty acids
I was amazed because this is exactly what I take and it works for me! I also follow George Jelinek's diet and take LDN (1.5 years now) and I am practically symptom-free.

good job juliet! these supplements are basics agreed on by many who approach ms from a nutritional standpoint - hope your vitamin e is natural source, natural ratio e8 complex! do you also take a multi to ensure other trace elements are topped up?
