Early stage MS Regimen
Hey everyone! I see that a lot of people that post regimens are late stage MS Sufferers. Is it fair to assume that pain medications have stopped responding to the pain? Anyways, here are my daily meds that give me some relief: Oxycodone 15mg IR now 4x a day Soma 300mg 3x day 4th if needed Ativam 1mg at bedtime fish oil capsules magnesium capsules multivitamin b3 vitamin D due to deficiency L Trytophan and various enzymes. Also I'm following a fish and vegetable diet with high amounts of NATURAL sugar at specific intervals during the day. Hope this helps!

Do as much as you can early on focussing on;
Damping down the Immune System
Vitamin D (as much as you can take upto about 10000iu, Omega 3 (5 grams plus a day), Green tea & GT extract
Inhibiting MMP-9 Enzyme
The above plus Resveratrol, Quercetin, alpha lipoic acid
Anti inflammatory / Anti Oxidants
The above plus Vit E, Inosine, Evening Primrose oil
Other
B complex & B12, zinc, slenium, and Magnesium (lots)
Diet - cut out or minimise wheat, saturated fat, refined sugar, dairy. Lots of brassicas, oily fish, lean meat, olive oil, fruit
