Possible Symptoms at 25?

Hi Guys,
I am 25 years old and have recently had some tinnitus which has been getting progressively worse. I had a hearing test and blood test done. The bloods came back fine, hearing test found slight loss of low frequency hearing but nothing too uncommon.
Over the past week or two, the tinnitus has become louder. It's still manageable but slightly bothersome. I've started getting headaches but they are in the back, right side of my head (a strange spot for headaches, not the painful ones near the back of the eye).
I went to an ENT as I was referred by my GP. He said there's not much I can do about the tinnitus, but he recommended a brain MRI (just in case) and another hearing test in 6 months.
Now, in the last couple of days I have started experiencing some pins and needles in random parts of my body. First my left thigh, then right calf, now in my forearms and a little bit in my fingertips. It doesn't last more than a few moments, then goes away. I also feel a tiny bit of dizziness but not too bad.
I was posting on another forum and someone told me I should check for MS. I am generally a healthy person, no bad genetics that I am aware of, I don't feel stressed but I could probably improve my diet a bit. Do you think there is cause for concern? It's quite hot here in Australia, I am tired a lot of the time but I always sleep well. I'm a bit scared now but not sure if these are tell tale signs?
If anyone could shed some light I would really appreciate it!
I am also planning to get the MRI done as soon as possible, just in case. Do you think it is best to take this back to the ENT who suggested it, or directly to a neurologist?
