One thing to be aware of, is that there are plenty of stem cell treatments based on adipose tissue, but they do not perform any expansion on the number of cells injected.

Cureorbust is right, most clinics offering adipose stem cells do not expand the dose, they just centrifuge the fat to get the mesenchymal cells isolated, and it is a low dose, 10-20 million. They also take out lots of fat, 8-12 oz which can leave you sore or bruised.

I chose to use one of the few cell banks in the world that has a multi-million dollar lab for banking the cells and expanding them to a high enough dose to treat advanced MS, 200 million per IV dose. And they only extract 1 oz of fat. Celltex is located in Houston TX, treatment hospital is in Cancun MX. All the details and pricing re on the site http://celltexbank.com/

Dr Slavin in Israel also does expanded cells.

Those with earlier stage MS require fewer treatments. I have SPMS, in a wheelchair since 2011. So it took 4 treatments over 3 years, but since May 2014 I have been in remission, with steady improvements. I have a short demo of my periodic walking in this video. Here's the details on my treatment.
