Stem Cells Directly Steered to Injured Organs
http://www.genengnews.com/gen-news-high ... /81250330/
Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute researchers have found a way to help stem cells reach the injury site once injected into the bloodstream. They coated nanoparticles with two antibodies that bind to stem cells and injured cells in the body. Using magnetic resonance imaging, researchers found that the nanoparticles traveled to damaged heart tissue. Clinical trials could begin within three years. The study appeared in the journal Nature Communications.

Whenever I read one of these, I wonder if they still have to do Chemo/Radiation? or do they inject you with these cells and they do the healing without renewing the immune system.
